Winemaker Notes
Our fourth vintage for this label in the Lu & Oly lineup is sourced entirely from Olsen Vineyard in Yakima Valley. We've worked with Olsen Vineyard for many years within the Mark Ryan Winery lineup. This 2021 vintage repeats the Viognier / Chardonnay blend we love for We Sat By The Ocean. We've utilized neutral oak, new French oak, and stainless steel for integrated oak characteristics. Flavors of pear, apple, and nectarine combine with balanced acidity that lead into a long finish.
